Michelle Gonzales, LCSW
I work with individuals to realize their potential for positive change. Too often, the drive for the life we want is stalled by shame, fear, and anxiety. Events in our past cause us to miss the promise of our future. Together, we will explore, identify and process your thoughts, feelings and behaviors to lead you towards a clear understanding of who you are and what you need to live the life you want.
In my practice, I seek to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families using talk therapy with a cognitive behavioral approach. I cover a wide range of concerns including: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-injury, addictions, substance use, personality disorders, adoption, grief and loss issues, PTSD, emotional trauma, and sexual trauma.
I would love to discuss your needs and provide more information about how therapy could be a helpful part of your journey.
